Summary of Impact: Between 07:12 and 08:36 UTC a subset of customers may have experienced message processing delays due to a Microsoft Azure Issue: VSG1-B90.
Root Cause: Microsoft experienced a Global WAN networking issue - more information can be found here. This limited our ability to send and receive messages to/front Microsoft O365.
Mitigation: Once Microsoft resolved the incident we were able to communicate with EXO correctly once more.
Next Steps: We are reviewing our response and scaling metrics in order to more quickly respond to similar issues in the future.
